Meeting with customer to understand their need and required resources
Arrange internal engineering resources to customer and refreshment training to assigned engineer if necessary
Assign engineer onsite to work with customer, provide office internal IT support. Our engineer will regular report to New Sky Technical Team Head to make sure his skill and knowledge is up to date to serve our customer.
Regular review with customer on managed engineer's service and performance. To fine tune and provide training whenever needed.
Provide handover list and training to customer when the contract is over to make sure our customer could handle the IT task and job in future.
